About me

Hello! I’m Er. Alish Subedi, a registered Civil Engineer with a strong interest in structural analysis, material testing, and construction management. My academic and professional journey includes experience as a Teaching and Practical Assistant and Survey Camp Instructor, where I guided engineering students in core subjects such as Strength of Materials, Concrete Technology, Masonry Structures, Theory of Structures, Reinforced Cement Concrete, Steel Structures, and Surveying.

Currently, I am working as a Civil Site & Document Engineer on Nepal’s nationally significant Kathmandu–Terai/Madhesh Fast Track Project with Xingrung–Ashish–Tundi JV. My role involves on-site supervision, technical documentation, and coordination to ensure construction quality, compliance with project specifications, and timely execution. Through this work, I am gaining hands-on experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including buildings, bridges, and slope protection works.

I am skilled in ETABS, AutoCAD, SAFE, and SAP2000, with practical experience in structural analysis and design. My teaching and academic background has also strengthened my abilities in teamwork, coordination, and effective communication.

This blog is a platform where I share insights on civil engineering, structural design, construction practices, site experiences, and research interests. I enjoy connecting with professionals, students, and researchers to exchange ideas and explore innovative solutions in civil engineering.

I am always open to collaborations, engineering projects, and research discussions, and I look forward to connecting with like-minded individuals who share a passion for the field.
